The Barucci family for many years has managed the Bottega di Volpaia, the only grocery store of the village. Today in the walls of the restaurant la Bottega di Volpaia it is nestled the Bioenoteca, the official wineshop of the Castello di Volpaia were you can taste and eat organic food and wine.
On top of Volpaia's wines you'll have the opportunity to taste the wines of the other properties of the Mascheroni Stianti family: Prelius in Castiglione della Pescaia in Maremma Toscana and Nika' in Pantelleria.
Nika' is owned by Nicolò Mascheroni Stianti. After his experience in the cellars of Pol Roger Champagne, he has always had the dream to produce a great Italian sparkling wine. He has chosen the Pinot noir from northern Italy and created his liqueur d’expedition based on Zibibbo di Pantelleria.
